Musk himself decided to introduce a new variant of Twitter Blue subscription, the character limit in messages and the maximum video length that can be uploaded to the portal have also been increased. Today Twitter got another, this time smaller change. The Twitter icon from the standard "bird" has been changed to the icon of the Doge, a well-known dog from memes.
It is worth mentioning that Doge is an icon also clearly associated with the Dogecoin cryptocurrency, whose rates have fluctuated strongly in the past as a result of Elon Musk's actions. So far, we do not know what dictated the change of the Twitter icon, but there is a chance that in the future Dogecoin will be associated with the Twitter platform and it will be possible to pay for subscriptions using this cryptocurrency. At the moment, however, we can assume that this is a joke on Musk's part, which, however, was reflected in the exchange rate of the aforementioned cryptocurrency, as its value increased on the stock exchanges within several dozen minutes.
