TWRP is a very popular tool that is certainly known to most people who download modified software to their phones, as it is the most popular recovery created for Android. It is hard to imagine the custom rom scene without TWRP, and such a dynamic development of this recovery is a big problem for producers of smartphones which are trying to fight TWRP, because TWRP allows for installing modified system files on phones. Manufacturers' struggle isn't going well, which can be proven by information that from today TWRP is available for new, popular models of many companies.

On the official TWRP website we can read that recovery has been released for new Nokia phones (Nokia 7.1, Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2), Xiaomi (Mi 9T Pro, Mi 9T, Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi K20, Redmi Note 8T, Redmi Note 8, Redmi 8) and Realme (X2 Pro model). As a curiosity, it is worth recalling that two of the above-mentioned phones debuted on the market with an unlocked bootloader, which allowed to install modified versions of the system without any problem, but this error was fixed with the Android update. These two phones were Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2.
