Already in September this year, Samsung confirmed that users using phones manufactured by the South Korean company will be able to load their WhatsApp conversations history on new devices by transferring from the iPhone. Until now, it was impossible to transfer the call history between different systems. It turns out, however, that changing this state of affairs is only a matter of time, and not only when it comes to Samsung smartphones.

Google has officially announced that the function of transferring conversations history from iOS to Android phones will be available for all phones using the Android 12 system. At the moment, this means that this function will be available for the latest Pixels from the 6 series, but in the future it will be possible to it can also be used on phones from other manufacturers. To use the function, you must have a Lightning to USB-C cable. Then, after connecting the phones to the same cable, it will be necessary to scan a special QR code, and then the messages should be copied to the Android phone.
