Already, flagship smartphones charge very quickly, but manufacturers are constantly working on improving this aspect of smartphones operation. It is said that Realme is working on developing a 150W charging process for smartphones, but it is probably not the only company thinking about implementing such a solution. Xiaomi is seriously considering adding the ability to charge a phone with a power of 150W, and it will probably soon be ready for mass production of phones that support such charging.
However, press announcements are quite perfunctory so far. We only know that we are talking about charging with the aforementioned 150W power, and of course it will be wired charging. The work on the solution itself, however, is to be at a fairly advanced stage, which may allow Xiaomi to add 150W charging support to the upcoming smartphone called Mix 5, which will have several innovative technological solutions, and such charging power would be one of them.
