Today was the first day when Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro was finally available for purchase, at least in India. Xiaomi India informed that first flash sale of this phone in their opinion was the fastest sale in the history of smartphones in India. Officially all units of the device which were available today, so 300 000 of phones were sold in less than three minutes, but unofficially situation was a bit different because already after 10 seconds people weren't able to buy Redmi Note 5 Pro. Another flash sale of new Xiaomi's phone is planned for 28th of February.
Just for reminder, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has 5,99-inch display with FullHD+ resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, 64GB of internal storage plus microSD slot, dual camera on back with 12mpx and 5mpx lenses, 20mpx front camera and 4000mAh battery. Phone is available in two versions with different amount of RAM memory - 4GB or 6GB.
