The disputes between Facebook and Apple are nothing new. It is worth noting that many of Mark Zuckerberg's actions were to more or less hit Apple. It is enough to recall the support for Epic, which fought Apple when it comes to the availability of Fortnite in the Apple Store. Recently, a new version of iOS introduced changes that prohibit applications from tracking user activity on pages to personalize their ads without users' consent, which the owner of Facebook did not like. No wonder Mark Zuckerberg has now decided to put more pressure on the US government to look more closely at Apple's policy.

As we can read in journalists' reports, Mark Zuckerberg has been in constant contact with Jared Kushner, who is an adviser to Donald Trump, for some time. According to Zuckerberg, Apple's inspection is insufficient, and in his opinion, the US government does not scrutinize the company's activities sufficiently, unlike his Facebook, whose actions are closely controlled by the government. Time will tell whether Zuckerberg's pressure will persuade the US government to increase controls over Apple, or whether this will not change.
