A new smartphone from Google is to appear on the market soon. It will be the Google Pixel 6a, which will probably premiere at the I/O conference. This does not mean, however, that Google is not yet working on Pixels 7. On the contrary - there are more and more rumors on the Internet about the potential specification of phones from this series. The latest of them concern cameras that would be used in the upcoming Google's flagships.

Press leaks indicate that Google is seriously considering the use of exactly the same lenses in the upcoming Pixel 7 and 7 Pro as it was for the 6 and 6 Pro models. Of course, this only applies to the hardware layer, because in terms of the development of the application responsible for taking photos significant improvements will certainly be made. A similar policy has been applied by Apple for years, which uses almost the same set of cameras in its iPhones, only improving the software used to take photos. However, this does not stop Apple from creating one of the best smartphones for taking photos from all phones on the market. It is possible that polishing the currently used camera configuration by Google is a great idea, but it is still not, of course, information confirmed by the company from Mountain View itself.
