Over the past five years, Apple has invested over €18 billion in Germany. During this time, cooperation with over 800 German companies was undertaken, and this is not the end. In the near future, Apple will invest another gigantic amount of money in its German branch.
According to the company's official announcement, Apple will invest 1 billion of euro in the development of the Silicon Design Center technology center located in Munich. Such an investment will ultimately allow to gather up to 2 000 engineers in one place, who will work mainly on the creation of chips and future technological solutions in the field of wireless technologies. Such projects are to translate into increased efficiency and energy savings in future devices from Apple.
