During Mobile World Congress we are witnesses of not only the announcements of new phones but also other devices. One of the most important presentation was a presentation of the MediaTek company, which during the event announced its new processor - Helio X30.
Look of Helio X30 shows that MediaTek plans to become one of the most important players on the market. Helio X30 is deca-core processor (two cores Cortex A-73 with 2,8GHz clock speed, four cores Cortex A-53 with 2,2GHz clock speed and four cores Cortex A-35 with 2GHz clock speed) made in 10nm technology, just as Exynos 8895 and Snapdragon 835. New processor of MediaTek supports 8GB of RAM and will have PowerVR Series7X7 Plus GPU which guarantees 60% reduction of required power by phones. Helio X30 looks really impressive, and promises to be a worthy competitor for new processors from Samsung and Qualcomm.
