Changes in the design of the Google Play Store have been announced by the manufacturer several months ago. Gradually, the refreshed look of the application was made available to an increasing number of users, but it happened completely randomly. From now on, all Android users will have access to the new version of the Google Play Store, as confirmed by the producer itself.
New look of the application as previously announced has been based on Material Design, which was presented by Google last year. It can be seen with the naked eye that Google gradually unifies the appearance of all its applications, and also these changes are making it easier to adapt apps to a mode that allows changing the theme to dark mode. In addition to removing the green bar from the top of the home screen, it's easy to notice that navigation tabs were moved to the bottom of the screen, as is the case with the App Store. Google explained that in their opinion on large phones using of the Play Store was not comfortable and this change is designed to simplify browsing the Play Store in search of interesting applications. In addition to the previously mentioned changes, Google listened to the suggestions of users and created two separate categories for games and other applications.
