Samsung has been working on creating its proprietary processors for many years. The first mentions of this topic appeared around 2010. The final effect of this work was, among others, the Exynos series of processors, which was created with smartphones in mind. These processors, however, did not collect the best opinions, but this does not change the fact that Samsung still wants to develop its proprietary series of processors. Already in 2027, a new generation of processors from this company will probably hit the market.
The new units are to be created for smartphones, but also for personal computers. In the latest series of its flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S23, Samsung used Qualcomm processors, but ultimately in the future Samsung will probably return to using proprietary units. There is a good chance that the upcoming units by Samsung will use ARM technology.
