The Chinese company Xiaomi has been using its own user interface called MIUI for years. The users, whose voice was mainly forwarded via the Mi Community forum, have a big influence on its appearance. Many Xiaomi phone owners received test versions of the software, which often allowed to find errors in the code before releasing a stable version of MIUI on the market. This form of cooperation will be terminated because the company confirmed that the MIUI Global Beta program will end in the nearest future.
As stated by representatives of the Chinese company, from now on Xiaomi wants to focus on the development of only a stable version of the software, and the development of MIUI Beta will be ended on 1st of July. However, it doesn't mean that the beta versions of MIUI will disappear from the market completely, because they will still be available to a limited group of users in China, but this will no longer be done on terms such as under the MIUI Global Beta program, where anyone could have access to such a version of the system. According to the manufacturer, information from a smaller group of testers is enough to find all the errors in the system.
