As most of you probably know, in recent days Chinese city Wuhan is in quarantine due to the presence of a new coronavirus. It led, among others, to deaths of several dozen people, and China, trying to stop the spread of the virus, closed the city of Wuhan. Assistance to the threatened area comes from various enterprises, also those dealing mainly with electronics. We have already reported that Xiaomi offered help to residents, and now this help will come from Huawei's side.
Huawei has planned that company will help Wuhan using knowledge from their main business areas - that is, by building a modern 5G network in Wuhan. The company has organized 150 people to work that make up the 5G network in the city. It is intended to help in responding quickly to all reports, and company wants to organize the possibility of remote diagnosis of the disease, which would reduce queues at doctors and ensure greater safety for healthy people. The works on network are planned to be finalized by the end of this week at the latest.
