At the moment, manufacturers are regularly adding 5G support to their phones. The problem is that mobile network operators in most countries still do not provide infrastructure that would allow the use of 5G in phones. However, this does not change the fact that governments and manufacturers of mobile infrastructure are already preparing to implement a 6G connection. The first country that wants to develop such a solution is South Korea.

It is interesting because most journalists assumed that China would be the first country to introduce 6G. However, South Korea has ambitious plans that are already being worked on. The South Korean government wants the first prototype of 6G devices to appear in 2026. Ultimately, the solution should make its debut on the market in 2028, and the full-scale commercial use of this type of connection may take place around 2030. At the moment, information has appeared in the media that Samsung is working seriously on 6G support and the company has managed to get a positive result of data transmission test within 15 meters.
