When the US government banned American companies from cooperating with Huawei, there was a big problem regarding the sale of phones from this manufacturer, because devices were to be deprived of Google services, which would significantly affect customers. The Chinese manufacturer immediately began work on the author's version of the services offered on smartphones, and despite the cancellation of previously imposed bans, the services called Huawei Mobile Services which are an alternative to Google Play Services are still being developed. What's more, the latest information shows a great similarity between these two services.
Huawei already has in its portfolio ready services responsible for controlling user accounts, making payments by phone and managing security. In addition, firm has ready apps responsible for "typical" activities such as browsing the gallery, sending text messages or sharing location. Although the final conviction of users to their own services can be problematic, certainly the current level of advancement of works on Huawei Mobile Services can be a solid bargaining chip during possible negotiations with the US government and Google itself.
