If you don't have a lot of memory in your phone you may feel that Messenger on your phone doesn't work comfortably. That's why Facebook decided to release Messenger Lite dedicated for some older phones or for people whose don't like changes in new versions of Messenger. Facebook released first version of Messenger Lite during October in 2016.
In those days app had been released only for few countries, but Facebook promised that in near future Messenger Lite will be released for people from other regions. This day has finally come, and application has been released for other 150 countries, including Germany, Colombia, Poland, Italy, Vietnam, Algeria, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, Turkey, Japan, Taiwan and the Netherlands.
