The New Year is often the beginning of many plans for radical changes in life. Google informed on its official blog that Google Fit app can help us in continuing our plans for New Year. After registering, all you have to do is apply to the program, and after 1st of January app will show all important information about plan. The challenge imposed by the application will last 30 days and users will receive points for each physical activity. Less tiring exercises like walks will be rated lower than those requiring greater involvement (for example running). To realize plans dictated by the application, you must earn 150 points a week. In addition, program for New Year will be joined by 36 influencers and users of Google Fit will be able to follow their progress.
