HMD few months ago announced that new Nokia phones would be released without cameras produced by ZEISS, which was a blow to the heart for fans of the brand, because most of them couldn't have imagined the future of the brand without ZEISS. As it turned out, over all this time HMD negotiated the terms of cooperation with this company and firms finally reached an agreement.

How we can read on HMD's official website, cooperation between HMD and ZEISS will be "exclusive" - that means Nokia phones will be only phones available on market with lenses produced by ZEISS. If these cameras will be as good as they were years ago during Nokia's reign in the market, new Nokia phones will be able to even compete with devices produced by Sony or Samsung in terms of picture quality.
