In the past Huawei very often presented their new devices during Mobile World Congress. One year ago this company presented there Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus, and in 2018 situation probably will be the same. We don't know if exactly there Huawei P11 will be presented, but it's confirmed that phone will be unveiled in first quarter of 2018.
Just for the record, some days ago we informed about basic information from specification of this device. If all rumors will be true, then Huawei P11 will have 40mpx camera on back and 24mpx camera on front, Kirin 970 processor and display with 18:9 aspect ratio.
