On 8th of June 2020, LG filed a patent application with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). This patent was officially published by WIPO on 24th of December 2021 and it concerns an unusual design that allows firm to create a laptop with many multifunctional screens.
When analyzing the published design photos, two additional screens located on sides next to the keyboard are noticeable, and size of keyboard has been significantly reduced compared to standard laptops available on the market. Both screens will be touchscreens and they can be used not only as a standard numeric keypad, but also you can control the volume of the laptop or the brightness of the screen thanks to them. The very functionality of the screens near the keyboard will probably be settable by the user.
