Samsung was one of the precursors of foldable smartphones, but the launch of the first Samsung Galaxy Fold phone on the market was not without its problems. Just to remind, premiere of the phone was postponed when in the last period of the phone's production testers discovered several serious flaws, through which, among others, users removed part of the screen thinking that it is just a protective film. Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 should be better refined than its predecessor, but of course we do not know how it will finally look. Despite this, Samsung has officially announced which type of screen could be used in the upcoming device.
The presentation took place at a special event organized by Samsung for developers. Manufacturers have received information that Samsung is currently testing and thinking about the use of a new type of folding screen that resembles old flip phones. Motorola decided on a similar solution by creating a renewed version of the iconic RAZR phone. The idea looks interesting and we will be waiting for more information from Samsung about the next foldable phone produced by this company.
