The premiere of Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed several times by the producers. Nevertheless, at the time of the premiere of the new CD Projekt RED title, the game still has many bugs that could not be eliminated even with a huge patch released on the day of the game's premiere. A lot of criticism fell on the company and the game itself, which eventually even resulted in the removal of the title by Sony from PlayStation Store.
This is confirmed by the official announcement of CD Projekt RED, in which we can read that by a joint decision of CD Projekt RED and Sony, the game is removed from PlayStation Store. What is clear, the digital versions of the game purchased so far will still work, but in addition, customers will have the option of returning Cyberpunk 2077 if the current version of the product does not satisfy them. In this case, CD Projekt RED announces that together with Sony they will refund the funds spent on the purchase games. The game has been removed from PlayStation Store until further notice. So far, we do not know whether Microsoft will also decide to take a similar step.
