We informed in previous week that Spotify wants to develop because they have to rival with Tidal and Apple Music - especially second service is one of the biggest competitors of Spotify. Firm wants to expand the business to the general market of mobile devices by creating their intelligent speaker, and recently Spotify also engaged in the fight against illegal copies of their application. Obviously Spotify app still will be developed, and one from the most important new features which will be implemented to app will be voice search option.
In Spotify app will appear special button with microphone, and after tapping it app will react to our voice commands. Currently we can do the same thing with using Google Assistant, but after this modification using of Spotify's app will be easier and quicker. At this moment only few people has access to beta version of this function, and they are responsible for testing it for a while. If new option will work correctly, then it will probably allow for cooperation between the application and the Spotify's speaker that will appear on the market in the future.
