Meta company introduces a lot of new products to WhatsApp that increase our privacy when using the messenger. From now on, we will be able to control our status displayed in the application, and what's more - the company also announces solutions that will prevent users from taking screenshots of photos sent in a form that allows them to be opened only once.

The first of the new features is the ability to exit the chat "silently". In this way, users will not receive a message that a specific user has left the group. However, it is worth emphasizing that the relevant information will be displayed to the group administrator. In addition, users will now be able to control their status. As part of the new function, we will be able to set who will see that we are online at a given moment. The third, also very important change is the blocking of the possibility of taking a screenshot while displaying photos and recordings sent in the form of "View Once", which means that you can play the media only once. WhatsApp announces that the first two of the presented novelties will be implemented later this month, while blocking the possibility of "View Once" multimedia screenshots is still under development.
