Currently, many smartphone manufacturers offer their users access to the cloud. Thanks to this, it is possible to free up space in the phone's internal memory and the photos are stored on the Internet. One of such solutions was Gallery Sync by Xiaomi. This service allows users to store 5GB of multimedia in the cloud. It turns out, however, that this service will probably be closed in the near future.
This is confirmed by an announcement not yet published by Xiaomi, which indicates the closure of this service. The text mentions the date when the closing of Gallery Sync could take place, but it is incomplete, there is only mention of 2022 year. In return, Xiaomi will offer users to transfer photos to the Google Photos application or to download photos to save them in the internal memory. For people who have purchased larger data space packages in the future, the money will be fully refunded for the time when access to the disk was not guaranteed by Xiaomi.
