Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, announced the global premiere of phones in an unusual way. The popular ChatGPT was used for this, which is a bot that uses artificial intelligence to answer questions asked by the user. Lei Jun has attached a screenshot in which the bot does not know when the global premiere of the Xiaomi 13 series will take place, adding that the bot should update its information base. Thus, he confirmed the date of 26th of February as the official launch of smartphones. Specification of the phones will be confirmed just before the start of MWC 2023, which will start on 27th of February this year. Xiaomi announced that it will also appear at the event and it will be a good opportunity to give journalists chance to test the new phones live.
