Apple has long insisted that servicing its devices at authorized repair centers is the best way to restore the devices. Over time, however, it was recognized that users with more technical knowledge should be given the opportunity to repair the equipment themselves. For this reason, the company launched a plan called Self Service Repair. Special guides are available on the Internet showing how to repair or replace individual parts in phones and laptops, and in addition, parts of devices have officially been made available for purchase in the Apple store. The operation of this program has been extended to other countries.

This time it's about expanding the Self Service Repair business to eight European countries. This list includes: Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Great Britain and Italy. In addition to individual parts for Apple devices, firm will also sell repair kits, the price of which will start at 49$.
