OnePlus from the very beginning of the brand on the market boasted about its approach to customers. The company tried to listen to all comments and implement solutions suggested by its fans to new phones. Over time, unfortunately, OnePlus began to move away from this idea, which can be seen, among other things, in the last flagship phone - OnePlus 6T. After releasing OnePlus 6 most of users asked the company not to remove the headphone jack, but in fact this input was removed. Everything indicates that during creating OnePlus 7 fans again can't count on introducing the proposed changes.
Pete Lau, the CEO of OnePlus, said that his company won't introduce the long-awaited wireless charging of the phone. The company justifies this decision with the current speed of wireless charging, which in the opinion of the Chinese manufacturer's employees is definitely too slow. Instead, the company wants to improve the speed of charging the phone with using of cable, because Pete Lau believes that the phones are too hot during the charging process.
